Celzo
Austin, Texas
Celzo is the world's first functional agua fresca — the traditional Mexican refresher, reimagined in a can. The brand traces its roots to Mexico City and was founded by Fernanda Góvaz, who built the company in Austin, Texas after completing her master's at UT Austin's McCombs School of Business. Mexican-owned, women-owned, and queer-owned, Celzo bottles flavors drawn straight from the streets and markets of Mexico: Lemon Ginger Basil, Strawberry Hibiscus Mint, and Tamarindo Mexican Candy. Celzo is a member of the 2026 class of Old Ways, New Hands, Chef Richard Sandoval's accelerator for the next generation of Latin food and beverage entrepreneurs.
